A. BUYING NUMERO 74 PRODUCTS

1. Where can I buy Numero 74 products?
Our products are currently available for purchase through our E-shop, our physical store L’Atelier located in Ibiza, Spain and our international authorised partners.
To find physical stores near you or online shops, please visit our Store Locator.

The item I am looking for is out of stock
We offer a wide range of products, colours and sizes and each one of our creations is handmade by artisans. Unlike factory-based manufacturing, our production is limited. Some items might therefore be temporarily out of stock.
It is not possible for us to know if a product is available at our partners’ shops as stock levels vary constantly. We advise you to check product availability or restocking information by contacting various authorised partners even outside your country.


2. How can I make a purchase on numero74.com?
Click on the link to the product category you are interested in (DECOR, HOME, BABY ESSENTIALS FASHION or TOYS & PARTY) button of the menu or the Homepage categories.

A full list of available products within this category will be displayed.

Click directly on the desired product
OR
Filter the list by sub-category on left-hand side menu, then click on the desired product.

Once on the product page, select the size you wish to purchase, then click on “Add to cart”.

Once you have added all the desired items to your cart, click on the cart icon (top right corner of the page) to finalise the order.

Your cart will show a summary of all items selected, including quantity and price. You can change the quantity by entering the amount wanted and clicking on the button “Update cart”.

Please note that a discount may be applied to Archive items. The price shown in your cart already takes this discount into account.

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping options at present.

If you wish to proceed with your order, check your cart contents then click on “Check out”.

Before proceeding to the next page, you will be asked to read and agree to the website’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

At this point, you can create an account (recommended) or order as a guest.

Please note that creating a customer account is quick, simple and will allow you to access the history of all your previous orders. You will also gain time as your personal data will be saved for your next orders, in compliance with the current GDPR law on data protection. You will have the right to access, modify or delete your personal data at any time.

Please complete all fields as accurately as possible.

Once you have checked all information is correct, you can confirm your order and select your preferred payment method.

If you have a discount code, please enter it in the “Discount code” box below the list of items in your cart.

Proceed to secure payment to finalise your order.

You will receive a confirmation email a few minutes after your order has been validated. Please remember to check all information provided in this order confirmation email.

Receiving this email confirms that your order has been placed successfully and that it will be prepared for shipping as soon as possible.


3. I haven’t received an order confirmation email, what do I do?
If you haven’t received this email, please check your Spam folder. Depending on your email provider, your order confirmation email might have been placed there.

If you can’t find it even in your Spam folder, please send us an email on contact@numero74.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


4. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay your order with the following payment methods:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.


5. When do I know if the payment has gone through?
Once you have entered your banking details and clicked on “Validate”, the payment of your order total amount will be automatically debited.

Depending on your country’s banking regulations, it can take a couple of days to appear on your statement.


6. Are prices displayed on numero74.com with VAT included or not?
Product prices displayed on eshop.numero74.com include French VAT for all orders to be shipped within the European Union.

For orders shipped to countries outside of the European Union, prices are displayed excluding VAT. However, these orders might be subject to potential customs tax and duties in the country of destination.
The costs and formalities related to these orders are the recipient’s responsibility.

7. How do you ensure safety and confidentiality of my payment details?
We make sure that your online shopping experience is safe and secure. All payment information provided remains confidential as it is transmitted directly to a registered banking institution in a secure environment.

The payment details provided, such as credit card numbers, are not saved on numero74.com servers but are processed directly by a secured banking platform.


8. How can I log in to my online account if I have forgotten my password?
Click on “I forgot my password” located on your account landing page.

Enter your email address to receive an email allowing you to log back into your account, then click on the link provided to reset your password.

9. How can I modify my account on eshop.numero74.com ?
You can edit your customer account information anytime you wish by clicking on “My account”. 

Log in then click on “Modify”. Make the desired changes then click on “Save”.

B. SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Which countries do you ship to?
Numero 74 currently offers WORLDWIDE shipping (excluding P.O. boxes). Please note that some bulkier items might be excluded from some destinations outside Europe based on volume restrictions.

Our shipping partner is Coliposte.

A signature will be not required upon delivery under COVID-19 safety measures.

A parcel tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping costs and times
They vary according to the country of destination, the delivery mode and the size and weight or volume of the parcel.

To know the shipping costs that will be applied, we advise you to place the desired items in the cart and proceed to the next page.

The processing and preparation of your order can vary between 24h and 3 working days according to the items and the amount of orders being processed at the same time.

You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. The delivery time announced by the transport company will start at that point.

Please remember to check your Spam folder. Depending on your email provider, your order confirmation email might have been placed there.

3. Returning items bought on eshop.numero74.com
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or if you have noticed an issue when you received your order, you can return any item purchased on eshop.numero74.com, excluding sales, promotions and Archive items within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must contact us beforehand via email on contact@numero74.com mentioning your order number, product reference and the reason for the return.

We will respond within 2 working days after our customer service has received your email.

The customer is responsible for returning the item, for shipping costs, for the choice of the transport company and for keeping proof of shipment.

To avoid the risk of loss or delays, we advise you to choose a shipping method with tracking number.

IMPORTANT NOTES PRIOR TO ANY RETURN:
Items on promotion and Archives cannot be returned or refunded, except if deemed faulty.

Before returning any item, you must contact us beforehand via email on contact@numero74.com mentioning your order number, product reference and the reason for the return.

Any item you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received it: not used, not washed and not altered in any way.

If your return request is approved, your items must be returned with the delivery note, on which you must clearly specify which item you are returning, so that our logistic platform can identify it rapidly.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all original labels and parts originally included. Numero 74 reserves the right to refuse items returned via different parcels.

After verification, and if these conditions have been respected, the returned items will be refunded, excluding initial shipping costs, within 14 (fourteen) working days.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item to replace the returned item, you will need to place a new order.

Returns of faulty items, excluding the customer’s responsibility, and cases of delivery errors:

You can return any item if you think that it presents a clear fault or error within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following delivery. In this case, your return request must be sent prior to returning the item via email to:

For your request to be better understood and processed in a timely manner, please specify your order number on your request and attach photos of products clearly showing the issue to the email.

We will respond within 2 working days after our customer service has received your email.

If your request is accepted:
European Union: we will send you a prepaid shipping return slip via email, so that you can return the item with no extra charge to you.
For countries outside of the European Union: we kindly ask you to pay for shipping and send us a copy of the bill so that we can proceed to a refund.

Any item you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received it: not used, not washed and not altered in any way.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all original labels and parts included.

Numero 74 reserves the right to refuse items returned via different parcels.

If the issue with the product is deemed to fall under Numero 74’s liability: if the item shows faults due to the manufacturing process, in case of errors in the delivered items versus the order, or in case of damage due to transportation, and if the return procedure has been followed, Numero 74 will refund the amount received from the customer for the purchase of the items plus initial shipping costs and return shipping costs (in case the customer has not received a prepaid shipping return slip).

The refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) working days.

In cases when the returned item does not comply with our refund policy, you will be informed of the invalidity of the return.
You will then have the possibility to have the item shipped back to you by paying only the shipping costs engaged.

Delivery address errors / The parcel has not been picked up

The transport company will send the parcel back to our warehouse.

We will refund the order amount, excluding costs for shipment to the recipient’s address and back to our warehouse, which in this case remain the customer’s liability and therefore will be deducted from the total order value.

If you wish to order again, you will need to place a new order.

4. Returning items bought at our partners
If you have any issue with a Numero 74 product bought at one of our resellers, we kindly ask you to contact them directly. We do not process any after-sale requests regarding items not purchased on eshop.numero74.com

 

C. NUMERO 74 BRAND & PRODUCTS

1. Where are Numero 74 products made?
Our creations are handmade by artisans in Northern Thailand. Organised in self-managed cooperatives, they work from home or collective workshops.

2. What is Numero 74’s handmade process?
We are passionate about creativity and handmade processes, which is why our products are made exclusively by artisans. Fabric cutting, sewing finishing touches, embroidery, crochet… are all made by hand.

This production style, so unique to Numero 74, allows us to value the talents and know-how of the people who give the time, the attention and a lot of love to each creation.

Because of our handmade artisanal processes, please be aware that there might be some small irregularities or slight variations of shade between products of the same colour, due to different dye baths and fabric textures.

This must be considered as a particularity of our handcrafted processes as opposed to factory manufacturing. It is one of the features that makes our products so unique.

Please be aware that a colour appearing on your digital device can differ slightly from its real appearance.

3. Are your products made of organic cotton? Are they GOTS certified?
Our transition to organic cotton took place in 2017.

Please check the product description on our website and product labels which will clearly specify if the cotton is organic. Some Archive items from past and limited editions may not be made of organic cotton.

For products made after our transition, all our cotton fabrics are organically grown and GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard), the worldwide standards for organic fibres. These standards guarantee that every step of the production and transformation processes is socially responsible and respectful of human beings and the environment.

The dyes used on our fabrics are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, ensuring that fabrics are free from hazardous substances.

4. I’m not sure which size to get, how does Numero 74’s fashion items fit?
Numero 74 fashion creations are designed for freedom of expression and movement. Comfortable and easy to wear, the fit is supple and airy. We therefore advise you to choose your actual size and not go for an extra size for children.

5. How do I take care of my Numero 74 products?
You will find complete care instructions for all our products on the label attached to each Numero 74 creation. 

To help keep your product nice and beautiful, handle it with care, follow the washing instructions and avoid long exposure to sunlight.

6. What is the fragrance I can smell on Numero 74 products and where can I find it?
Before packing, all our textile creations are washed with a fabric softener that gives it a subtle scent, which goes away after the first wash. 

The use of this softener is exclusive to our production and is not available for sale to the general public for the moment.

7. How can I stay updated on Numero 74’s news and activities?
You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the space provided at the bottom of this page or by following us on Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest (links at the bottom of the page).

We will only use your email to keep you posted on news and updates about our activities. You will be able to unsubscribe any time you want.

We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) requirements, which came into effect on May 25th, 2018. Therefore, we will always ask for your consent regarding any communication we may send you.

Thank you for your interest in our brand. The quantities our artisans can produce are limited and we don’t always have spare stock available for this purpose.

However, you can send us an email on contact@numero74.com with your references for us to review and we will contact you in case a collaboration opportunity arises.

1. Where are Numero 74 offices based?
Numero 74 was founded by Tara aka Poupy, a French woman with a nomadic spirit, who fell in love with Ibiza, an island off the east coast of Spain and Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand. Our company is registered at the following address:
